I went in to buy some food to go into this location few days ago and the staff was okay. Not super friendly or welcoming but not rude. Unfortunately all I have to say are bad about my salad. When I opened my salad at home I was very upset by what I saw. It was a bunch of rotten and yellowing leaves. I picked up so many yellow leaves and it was half of my salad. I tried to call the restaurant the next day to let them know about my experience there, and I couldn't get a hold of them on the phone because a phone disconnected message came on both times I called. This is very disappointing that a reputed restaurant feed people food this low quality. I should have read reviews here before I went in. I see a lot of people have given them low ratings and last Friday I experienced it why myself.

I use to love panera but it’s like they love to F$&@ up there food and then where as back in the day the employees and managers would do whatever they could to make you happy and go that extra mile and now it’s like, actually it’s not (like) no they don’t give a damn about you or the way there food is or what you think and now their managers are even kids who couldn’t give a damn!! And like I was saying they use to have good actually awesome breakfast sandwiches and have slowly done everything they could do make them HORRIBLE I use to literally go here all the time but this was my first time back since getting back home to Cali and I was really looking forward to it but once again they made there breakfast sandwiches even worse by not even letting you have the choice to get over easy or scrambled now it’s only scrambled and it’s it’s disgusting it’s like going to McDonald’s but paying WAY more and yes they raised the prices as well as they should call these sandwiches finger food because they have become HALF the size as to what they used to be! So just like everything they just don’t give a damn about customers and it’s sad that this is happening and that homeless can steal anything and people can’t do anything and where once stores cared about there customers now they couldn’t careless, I mean when I was explaining myself to the manager he seriously laughed. Panera I will never eat at your place again, your now like so many other places who just don’t give a damn. It’s a really sad time that we live in!

Steak and white cheddar sandwich was garbage, more bread than meat, and it was kind of cold,i asked for a side on bread and it's like they ripped it off with they're bare hands and took a bite out of it.Soup was okay,Where i wanted to sit originally was extremely dirty so i sat somewhere else. I can't hear the lady at the restaurant even if my life depended on it. I couldn't hear the options for the sides besides bread, so i just stuck with that.the surrounding area at the time i went was quiet though. do not come here, if you're looking at this review, go else where, they haven't changed..

Not happy with my recent online order and there’s no easy way to contact customer service other than an online form. When you call the local Panera, the manager is unhelpful and can’t seem to understand what the problem is. How about not delivering food on a motorcycle so that everything is completely cold when it arrives. How about not just throwing a hunk of bread into a large shopping bag on top of the order. If I ordered a baguette in store, would they just hand it over to me without putting it into some sort of bag to keep it clean? Panera is dropping the ball.

The food is good if not inexpensive. Soup is supposed to be available after 10 (it wasn't) so had to wait another 20+
Good Panera service was great. Wifi was the worst. Kept cutting out every 15 min. Had to leave because it couldn't keep me on a video call.

I got the Greek salad. It was terrible!!! Lettuce was warm and wilted. Don't think I'll ever get that again. Love the Mac and cheese and some of the sandwiches.

Over the years I have genuinely liked Panera . This 2023 has been a quick decent below any restaurant I have ever purchased from.Quality of food is 100% bait and switch. This AM's purchase is pure fraud. Yes I did ask for extra crispy bacon. And the excuse about what was delivered was I did ask for extra crispy! The manager agreed with me that their pictures are not what is being served!!! What!! Change the picture or better yet prepare the food to be a close representation of the advertisement. Or! Warn patrons of impending disappointment.

The broccoli cheddar soup is delicious! Our first time here. Jessica & Stephanie were so helpful, patient and very efficient. Food was ready within 8min.We also ended up getting chicken avocado BLT sandwich, the sour bead was tasty and soft.We Definitely recommend this place.

Would give it 0 starts if I could. Place is so dirty. There was a stack of dirty plates near the trash that looked like they'd been there all day. There were flies circling the plates and the top of the trash bins was smeared with gunk. They brought my sons Mac n cheese on a DIRTY PLATE I asked for another.. I go to check my sandwich and it literally had maybe an ounce of tiny shredded pieces of chicken. I order the same sandwich all the time, I had never seen it made this way. It had old wilted black lettuce on the aidThe lemonade was warm and tasted disgusting, I don't think they changed it from the previous day or who knows how long. I brought it up to them and they offered a bottled juice instead. Whole place was gross and the staff, although polite wasn't doing anything to clean anything up or change the drink containers.
