Pho Gyu Vietnamese Noodle House

The food was great, the service was quick and attentive. The price for the food was amazing. If I had to give one criticism the ac was blasting so it was a little cold.

My favorite is the wagyu Vermicelli followed by their Wagyu Ban Mi. Spring rolls are a great price. Egg rolls are tasty too. Their soup is good too. We like this so much we go here frequently. Highly recommend.

Parking: Depending on the time you go parking can be a slight challenge.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking up front with a ramp. Easy access. No stairs.

The food here is consistently excellent, which is why I find myself returning at least three times a month. While the customer service could benefit from a touch more warmth, the quality and flavor of the dishes more than compensate. If you’re craving something comforting and delicious, this place delivers. And for an extra touch trust me ask for the bean sprouts steamed. You won’t regret it.

We've tried this place twice. The food is really good but service is so bad. They have no concept of customer service. I think I'm done eating here. The good food doesn't outweigh the bad treatment.

Terrible service I ordered soup with extra shrimp, and they gave me a bowl of noodles with two unfortunate shrimp swimming in it. Do you think this is normal? For $18, I think it's too much. I don't recommend this place. It's better to drive a little further…. Mexican style.

We were in Ventura and wanted Pho, so we looked it up and found this place close to us the staff was great the pho was great I highly recommend their wagyu pho we ordered one of each wings and they were GREAT!! Just wished they were meaty the shrimp roll needed a bit help their was something missing and my sons broken plate needed more fryed but overall would come back if in the area

I'm Vietnamese so I always support Vietnamese restaurants but unfortunately I had the worst experience here. The price is not worth it. I asked for extra pho noodles on two dishes and it honestly was a small handful of noodles. Not even the normal amount for one pho bowl. They said that was extra pho noodles which is a completely joke. If you are doing a to go order, they charge for hoisin and siracha sauce packets. Again another ridiculous joke. Pho wasn't even good and the meat looked questionable. Again, I'm Vietnamese so I don't want to put Vietnamese restaurants down but I just never had such an awful experience ever. I recommend going elsewhere.

The shrimp spring rolls weren’t freshly made and smelled like my ex girlfriend. Ot even worth trying again. Broth was decent

Got a to go order she rushed me to order waited for like 35 minutes. Just for the order to be wrong. I understand that it’s busy, but you don’t have to be rude to your customers

They have the best pho broth. Sometimes the to go orders seem to slow down the wait staff for those of us dining in. The wait staff should try to bring out all the food for a specific table at the same time. One night we received a vermicelli plate for my wife but my pho order didn't arrive for another 15 minutes. This has happened more than once for us when dining in.
