Pho Gyu serves up some very delicious food, it’s a goto after visiting the area on the way home. Very cordial, the food is delicious the drinks are great in size. I had the rib pho, my daughter the pho guy 101. The broth is delicious, my daughter loved the crispy taro egg roll (I didn’t get one) I also ordered the spicy pork fried rice, very good! I had an iced coffee (delicious) she had a mango lemonade (delicious) The servers are always pleasant and professional. We will return.
One must have an open mind of you expect traditional Pho like I do, my daughters as well. This is more of a pho fusion, nothing to avoid at all. I certainly recommend it, just don’t expect all the little goodies in your soup.
Enjoy

AMAZING !
Their food tastes the best of any similar restaurant I've ever been to. They seem to use high-quality ingredients (not cheap ones), but the prices are very affordable. They also have a wide variety of dishes, including vegetarian options. Personally, my favorites are the Beef Rib Pho, Wagyu Beef Fried Rice, Wings of Angels, Banh Mi, and Thai Iced Tea. Besides the delicious food, the restaurant's atmosphere is modern and comfortable, with friendly service. It's perfect for lunch or a meal with family or friends. Give it a try, enjoy!

I wanted to like this restaurant. They’re open till 10pm and have lots of tasty looking dishes. Why is there so much sugar in everything? I ordered a wagyu banh mi and it was so sweet tasting. The bread had sugar sprinkled on top of it! I couldn’t get through half of it.

The Pho is OK. I ordered the Waygu Pho. I’ve been to many places and this place kind of lacks certain spices that I feel are true to traditional pho. But we are in Ktown so I don’t expect it to be authentic I guess. The price is great though. And the pho wasn’t horrible. I’ll be back but only for the convenience of it being around the corner.

The food was great, the service was quick and attentive. The price for the food was amazing. If I had to give one criticism the ac was blasting so it was a little cold.

My favorite is the wagyu Vermicelli followed by their Wagyu Ban Mi. Spring rolls are a great price. Egg rolls are tasty too. Their soup is good too. We like this so much we go here frequently. Highly recommend.
Parking: Depending on the time you go parking can be a slight challenge.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking up front with a ramp. Easy access. No stairs.

The food here is consistently excellent, which is why I find myself returning at least three times a month. While the customer service could benefit from a touch more warmth, the quality and flavor of the dishes more than compensate. If you’re craving something comforting and delicious, this place delivers. And for an extra touch trust me ask for the bean sprouts steamed. You won’t regret it.
