Been going to the Pizza Chief on Kimball since I moved here 25 years ago. They're a staple of east end Ventura. Their pizza is good and diverse in flavors, they hire local for illustrations and ads.\n \nThe only thing I'd recommend is a more gripping arcade machine game.

I live in Newbury Park, but grew up in Ventura. Every time I go to Ventura, I get a Pizza Chief pizza to take home. Why you say? Because it is far better than what Newbury Park and Thousand Oaks has to offer. In my opinion Pizza Chief is an iconic restaurant in Ventura. It was a shame the Pizza Chief in Mid -Town Ventura is gone but the location in East Ventura is keeping the faith of the original one(s).
