This is the best Pizza Hut I have ever been to. The employees were very nice. My pizzas were all perfect with lots of toppings, not stingy like many locations. It was amazing.

I always order from the Pizza Hut on Victoria in Ventura. I would like to give a big appreciation to Kristin. She is an amazing employee who goes above for her customers. She takes the time to call back if there any issues with the order. She is always kind and helpful when I need help with an order. Big SHOUT OUT to KRISTEN for just be wonderful! PMJ

I am traveling with 3 children.I tried placing my order with a very unprofessional gal.I had to hang up to look for the zip code to the hotel I'm staying atWhen I did place order she tells me the price for chicken wings she sounded doughtful I could payI feel like this gal should not be in customer service.I worked at a pizza hut when I was younger never did I sound like I hated my job

Pizza Hut more like pizza butt because this place is a*** I can see why they are on a downhill spiral and their stock price is falling. Eat here if you are mentally disabled. I would rather let Lizzo s*** in my mouth before ever eating Pizza Hut again. If you want good pizza go to dominoes

Everyone's had Pizza Hut, it's meh pizza but fast service. Online ordering though is a super sleazy experience, hidden fees everywhere that you don't see until the check out page. Initial order was 2x the advertised cost because of fees. Now I know better and won't use them again, and I'd recommend the same to others.

The only problem I have with Pizza Hut is that they are skimpy on the toppings. But their Pizza taste great I just wish there was more toppings. Also the staff is very nice
There was only one guy working. After paying $81 for food on Mother's Day I had to wait a long time. In the app it said would be ready by 714pm wasn't ready til 757pm when I got there at 715 the worker told me 5 minutes more it was still in the oven. Waited 40 minutes...if you can avoid this place do it horrible place

Never again. 1st order was canceled, I was told I would be refunded in 3 days and I could place order again.. which I did. 2nd order was finally delivered almost 2 hours later and it was completely wrong. Two pizzas were missing, and they sent one I did not order which is inedible due to food allergies (that stupid heart pizza). The other half of my order (dinner box) was correct but very cold and hard. I tried calling the store, they answered and said they were not taking orders at that time and hung up before I could respond. I tried to call back 3 more times after, they simply picked up the phone and hung it up without saying a word. Completely unprofessional. The initial order was placed around 3:50pm. I did not get my order until 6:00pm. $160 for 2 orders. Save yourself some money and order somewhere else.

We had been seen this tv add about this wonderfull pizza, I kept telling my husband I want Pizza Hut, everytime the commercial came up, but we don't have a Pizza Hut in our town so we drove 45min to get to this place guide by goggle, 1st it was a pick up only. placed our order for 2 pizzas ?, 1 large and 1 medium and 1 order of 12 hot wings, our bill was $75 dollars or more, we asked for crush pepper ? and we had to purchase this, waooo mo ranch for the wings no napkins no, nothing, pizza after that did not taste good at all. Will never go back and will cross Pizza Hut out of my list.

The pizza tastes like hot lunchables. I don’t like it at all.For some reason my parents order it all the time, so I can say with certainty thatIt didn’t taste like lunchables just once. It always tastes terrible.And I love pizza lunchables! Pizza Hut is just not my preffered pizza place.

Never order from here, they charge $20 worth of fees and you won't get what you ordered. I ordered a box and 2 pizzas. 1st one was canceled by them, but they said I could order again - which I did. Order finally showed up 2 hours later, and the 2 pizzas weren't delivered. I tried calling the store immediately, they picked up and hung up before I could speak. Called 3 more times and it was the same, picked up and hung up. I never got what I ordered and I'm out $160.
