I ordered at 10:30am February 14. I got there at 11:30am. They young man had trouble understanding I was picking up a pizza after I repeated my pick up order 4 times. They had not made the pizza yet. He said it will be 5 min. They have me the wrong pizza at 11:50am. I ordered a heart shaped pizza with olives and light sauce. After I saw the order was wrong I didn’t want to fight it and have them remake it because they had already made me late. The pizza barely fills the box. For $21.54 this is ridiculous because it’s so thin and and they got the order wrong. I’m never ordering from here again. I ordered specifically from this location because it’s the best of all locations because they cook and make the pizza correctly. But not today.

The last 2 times ive ordered from pizza mans dans the pizza hardly had any cheese and sauce i was really disappointed especially since the the pizza there isn't cheap....i hope they were jst having a bad day but this is not ok hope thy tey to fix it soon or thy are loosing a customer

I have probably been to all of the PMD’s and this is my least favorite. From getting yelled at because family didn’t know the salad bar rules to the food not being made correctly; the employees are always different, last time they all seemed new. at my usual PMD the employees are steady and last, the service is better and the food made better.
