Total rip-off! 6 ***tiny*** pieces of beef in the beef entree. And the manager didn't seem to care, offering more corn instead of beef. Definitely not worth $15 (not worth 5 either)

I wanted to review this place because
I think it’s really great. The people who serve the food are always extremely nice and they almost always offer you a free sample before you buy the food. For the price, you get a lot of food in my opinion. I always get their Hawaiian chicken and chow mein, so I don’t know how their actual ramen is but for a mall food court, I think they’re doing great. They’re next to the Panda Express and honestly I think you should skip the Panda Express and just buy from these people and support a family business and give them a try :)

The service here is awesome. I was walking around the Pacific Mall and the lady called me to give me a sample. I came over and she treated me so nicely. Their food is excellent. Definitely recommend them.

They have amazing chicken! Highly recommend the bbq chicken ramen. I ordered it without onions, but it came with onions however I wasn’t too concerned about it, they’re easy to pick out. But they made me a new bowl without onions AND without extra charge. 10/10, I go there every time I’m at the mall and want good.

Ramen was mid ngl. Very sesame flavored. If you get good ramen alot, don't come here it's not great. For the price it was decent, probably wouldn't get again but not upset with the purchase. It's in a good court so no atmosphere

The food is fantastic both in the flavor choices and the ramen itself as a single dish. This is my go to spot when I want a quick meal that tastes great and won’t break my budget. Don’t let the constant offering of free samples steer you away, either take it or don’t but on the other hand, why wouldn’t you take the free samples?! Haha

I've only had the combo plates, and they are pretty dang good. It's a nice change of pace. I like the noodles, and the mango orange chicken is super yummy. Ask for a sample if you can't decide.

I am convinced that the high reviews of this place are from people who have never had ramen before. I have never paid so much money for such bottom shelf ramen. The tonkotsu was so bland that we thought maybe they had given us the wrong soup, despite being ordered with the medium spice level. The only way this had any amount of spice was after we added sriracha. The noodles were oddly sweet. The fish cakes were chewy and extra fishy, definitely tasted as though they were flash frozen. The pork chasu tasted as though it had maybe seen a pig at some point in its cycle of creation, but had forgotten the vibe by the time it reached our bowls. We ordered the jalapeño shrimp with the combo 1, only to get what we think may have been the Hawaiian chicken. The picture on DoorDash suggested the order of spring rolls would have two per order, like most restaurants. Surprise! Only one that was very soggy and again, bland. Wife liked the fried rice, but said it was super greasy. The coffee cake was at least good, which maybe is not surprising considering it’s a prepackaged food someone else made. I was very excited for the Thai tea, only to once again find it was horribly bland. Like a glass of water that had been told about Thai tea. All in all, not anywhere near worth the over $70 we paid for it (including DoorDash fees and delivery tip).
