Just ordered a bowl which I was very skeptical about doing. I saw a small fly by the octopus, and noticed there was one flying by were we were sitting. Plus every ingredient and fish looked so unfresh like it had been sitting out all day. It was also super warm in there which is not good when ur dealing with raw fish. The rice had hard pieces in it. I’m guessing from being overcooked. I ended up throwing out the whole thing after a couple bites

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Spent $30 on two bowls that were so disgusting we had to throw them away. Fish tasted horrible like it had gone bad. The other toppings were equally as disgusting. Please don’t go here it’s a waste of money. Very disappointing. I would consider the food inedible.

Didn't even purchase anything. The tuna was a strange pale green color, the white fish was limp and off colored and it didn't smell very appetizing.

[take this opinion with a grain of salt due to my visit being during the 2020 pandemic lockdown for takeout] This place may have been better when not under lockdown, but I have to judge it using the information I have on hand. It's a clean and relatively professional place, the prices are decent for what they offer. The guy working there was also friendly and helpful. The problem is the ingredients used. Poke by it's nature, requires extremely fresh ingredients, and what I got was barely passable. The less fresh the fish, the more "fishy" it tastes and smells, since that fishy smell is actually from the meat oxidizing and decomposing. The rice was also pretty dry and stale. Somewhat disappointed, but it's understandable with the current situation that all restaurants are tightening thier purse strings. I don't think I'll be going back until things return to somewhat normal.

Ordered two medium poke bowls and the brown rice was undercooked making it hard to eat. Called and spoke with Alexis and let her know what happened. Since I left my receipt, she found it and left my number and said the manager will let be he one to override and process the refund or free bowls.That was a week ago. Called a few times during the week and spoke to Alexis and she said she could not do anything without a refund. Busy schedule didn’t let me get to it till today 11/03/20Called and spoke to the manager and she said she would not give me my money back or a replacement pole bowls since there was no proof and could not find my receipt with my number. She said she couldn’t look that far back to be able to provide a refund/poke bowls and the owner would not like it if she gave me either.When I asked her for her name, she hung up.I tried calling several times and she refused to pick up. Then she just kept answering and staying silent.No wonder this place looks the way it does. Management.Beware! Manager is female is all I can say since the manager was a coward to give me her name. That’s ok. I’ll go to the owner.Worst customer experience ever. Do not go there with high expectations. I only give 1 star since I can’t give none

Edit.... I really doubt the owner of this establishment cares about the customer concerns. After reading comments from months prior, nothing is being corrected ZERO RESPONSE from the owners or managementGood food but The kids working there might have major hygene and health concerns whether it be the gal with no hair net or mask on completely or then the boy goofing off with no gloves on, either way, they really need to pay attention to the customer rather than arguing about how much money is in the drawer. The gal at the register kept interrupting me distracting the boy, Also, the boy seemed upset when I asked him to cover his nose with the mask. We are in a pandemic And whether or not you believe in it, people do and its a business, that alone can deter customers since people are more attentive to hygene especially considering it is cold open food layout. Idk what could have fallen out of his nose or what not but not somethingbto bentaken lightly espexially now. Not to mention he wasnt wearing gloves until he mixed the food. But i still tipped him and the food again was good.
