Service was excellent. Our server was very attentive and his suggestions were very useful. Ambience was okay. We were sitting in the first main dining area. I wish it wasn't directly to the main door being a type of restaurant that it is but otherwise, it was fine.
Prime has great food and great service! I love their "course" menu where each person gets to pick their appetizer, soup or salad, and their entree. Very yummy
We had a wonderful dinner at Prime. Two in our party had the beef stroganoff. It was presented with the steak on top of the pasta. Unusual, but delicious. The other two of our party had the crusted Mediterranee Sea Bass. The sea bass was so delicious, like butter.
Ryan C was our waiter and he did a great job. We love Prime!! The chile relleno appetizer is delicious.
Miserable Wedding Experience – Prime Steakhouse Is NOT a Wedding Venue
As a guest who was there from start to finish, here’s exactly what I experienced.
Attending a wedding at Prime Steakhouse was one of the most uncomfortable event experiences I’ve ever had. To be clear—this location was a last-minute backup due to a major scheduling error from another venue, but nothing about this restaurant was suited for hosting a wedding.
The space was incredibly cramped and awkwardly divided into three separate rooms, making the flow of the night disjointed and frustrating. It felt like we were being herded from room to room with no clear direction or host.
The heat was unbearable. The fireplace was blazing upon arrival, creating a suffocating atmosphere for guests packed tightly into already small rooms. The dance floor was so hot and poorly ventilated that several of us had to leave early because we were genuinely feeling sick.
The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The women’s restroom had only two stalls—one of which didn’t lock—and the men’s bathroom had a clogged toilet and a literal pile of poop on the floor for most of the night. Multiple guests complained, yet nothing was done.
Drinks were a mess. Bartenders said rail drinks were included, but then I was charged $10 for a basic vodka soda because they chose to use a different vodka without even asking. The inconsistency was frustrating and left a bad taste—literally and figuratively.
Tables were cheap folding ones that tipped anytime someone stood up or sat down. We were literally holding the tables steady with our legs. To make matters worse, everything was dirty upon arrival—dust, leaves, and grime on our plates, chairs, and tablecloths.
This was not an elegant dining experience or a romantic wedding celebration. It felt chaotic, unprofessional, and wildly uncomfortable. Prime Steakhouse may be fine for dinner, but it is not equipped or staffed to host large events, especially weddings.
Save yourself the stress and disappointment. This is not the place for any special occasion.
Our group booked the patio for about 30 people this evening for happy hour. The atmosphere, food, and service were all excellent, and everyone had a wonderful time. Clark, the manager, was especially accommodating. I plan to return with friends, and hopefully with another group in the future.
Worst steak ever, cold baked potato, cold spinach. Long wait for entrees. Do not waste your time or money.
The food was delicious and our server was great! I've been here several times and it's always excellent.
I just called to order two of their Caesar salads with a small top sirloin steak to go, and I was told that because it is from their happy hour menu they don't allow take out. The frustrating thing is that I did this just last week, and about three weeks ago, no problem. I guess I'll spend my $60 elsewhere and I doubt I will be back anytime soon. Bad business practices give me heartburn.
My recommendation: Berry mule, Bacon wrapped shrimp, caesar salad, filet mignon with mashed potatoes. If you have time and room a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, and rock slide, brownie for dessert.

We had a wonderful time with friends from out of state. The food was wonderful. I enjoyed my filet mignon and lobster. Thank you!
Never disappointed. Reasonably priced. Nothing tastes bad. Favorite: Chile Relleno.
Food and ambiance was great. We just had to ask the server SEVERAL times, for items that he offered to bring. Was not the high level service you would expect to receive from this Steakhouse.
Our first time there. Was pleasantly surprised. Only complaint was the Mac and cheese was overcooked and very dry. Everything else was excellent.!!
Great service and great food as always! Whether you get seafood or steak, it's always great!
