Went here for my birthday dinner and it happened to be on the same day as the parade of lights so we had to order the $99 special. Where we were sat was probably the worst seats on the patio so I couldn't enjoy the boats or fireworks from my seat. The first two courses took a while (waiting an hour for 3 pieces of crostini). I came in a couple weeks ago and the food was great! Servers and employees were awesome. There was only another table besides us, so food came out quick. Although, there was an older gentleman who continuously interrupted us. He seemed to be micro managing the employees. Other than that, everything was good.
We were here for an afternoon of football and eats. Also, brought our dice game along to play ship, captain and crew. Unfortunately, I left my dice game there. I did confirm they have it however, management has chosen not to take the time to sending it back to me in AZ. It is the difference between average customer service and exceptional customer service!
