Dos Arboles Continental (Czech) Pilsner is our take on the classic style, popular worldwide. Dos Arboles features beautiful notes of graham, honeysuckle and hay from floor malted Pilsner - balanced against earthy and floral notes from the combination of European Noble hops. Long lagering time allows the flavors to meld and mature into a refreshing and complex Pilsner.
FunkN' Hazy Crowler
This Hazy/New England-style Double IPA was born out of a collaboration with our good friends at Brass Bear Brewing in Santa Barbara. We brewed this beer with copious amounts of Sabro and Citra hops in the kettle and Mosaic Cryo and more Sabro hops in the whirlpool to give the beer a strong base of coconut and fruit flavors to layer upon more hops. Sabro and Citra hops are added during primary fermentation to boost the tropical fruit notes through bio-transformation. We then add a second dry hop charge of Mosaic Cryo and Sabro Lupomax to add a layer of clean top notes of bright fruit and more coconut. The grain bill of this beer consists of a heavy-handed dose of torrified wheat and rolled oats to help give the beer its murky haze with a slight addition of honey malt to add a subtle undertone of honey sweetness. S-33 yeast adds to the already fruity character of beer.

Mac Brown is surprisingly light on the palate and showcases the depth of flavor found in English-grown Maris Otter malt with supporting notes of caramel and chocolate. Mac Brown finishes crisp with a lingering note of dark chocolate.

My hubby and I love it here! We come pretty often and are always greeted with a smile. You can belly up at the bar or grab a table inside or outside. They have bands on Friday’s sometimes and the food is great! We love the wings! But I’ve also tried their bbq hamburgers, quesadilla, Cobb salad, potatoe wedges, and the Cuban sandwich. Chicken wrap is yummy too. And for the sports fans they have TVs! And for playoffs they have the sound of the game on instead of music. Beers...

I went to Rincon Brewery on the weekend to watch some football. It has a nice calm ambience with great beer and food selection. The staff is friendly and came by frequently to ask if we needed anything. The appetizers were very delicious, the pretzel bites with cheese dip and chicken wings were an excellent choice. It is in midtown Ventura by the college and it is nice spot away from downtown Ventura. It’s a great place to bring kids and they have some arcade games and bar games....
