First time there, employees were kind and helpful. Drink was fresh and not to overly sweet.

Unfortunately, the experience was not great. Service was tremendously slow and I stood and waited for my smoothie for over 20 minutes. Then when received it is ridiculously expensive and ridiculously oversweet not fresh at all.

Ordering on-line just ahead of picking up at the store was a seemless process. The staff here is always very friendly and efficient and they make sure the orer is correct!

Smoothies are good but lost 2 stars because there are no exchanges. If you don't like a smoothie you're stuck with it.
today I ordered a gorilla and asked for almond milk because soy milk messes my stomach up . As I started drinking it I tasted the difference right away and have been having stomach issues the rest of the day . im sure they didnt use almond milk and just used soy milk
Got the 800LB Gorilla smoothie. Pretty good just a little thick. Only problem is that the straws are pretty weak. Split into 4 almost immediately. Will come back again.

The staff did nothing wrong however I do not appreciate going in one hour before closing to be told they are not making fresh juices. According to the staff, fresh juices are stop being made at 8:30pm. Therefore an hour & a half before closing. It hasn’t been the case before nor ordering online. Robeks be better.
Great Large Beet Carrot Apple juice for 10$ keep those prices low. You'll do much better
Staff was friendly, the service was quick, and an offer on my app wasn’t working but they honored it.
