Absolutely wonderful. Everything was fresh and delicious. Nothing was too sweet. The lovely lady at the counter happily walked me through the day’s selection. She said it changed every day. Everything looked incredible, it was hard to choose. We ended up with a raspberry and chocolate twist, a pineapple strudel, a croissant breakfast sandwich, a mocha and a cold brew. The twist and the strudel were perfectly fruity, flaky and soft. The sandwich was freshly made with ham, eggs and cheese. The pistachio croissant was heavenly. Perfectly crusty and flaky, a light pistachio pastry cream in the center, covered in crushed pistachios and sugar, without being overly sweet.Cannot wait to come back and try more.

I was also bummed when Marie Shannon closed this location and I’m glad another bakery took its place. I haven’t tried their sweets yet but I did tried their pork and rajas tamales. Both were good and the pork had enough meat in it. I’ll definitely come back and try one of their pastries next time.

The lady at the counter was so kind! We ordered her last chocolate croissant, 2 creme cheese Danish things, and a cinnamon crispy which were ALL AMAZING! I could tell as soon as I walked in I was about to have the best pastry of my life. They only take cash or zelle to be ready for that when you come in, it is 1000000% worth it. If you're in Ventura please go check them out.

Their hours are incorrect and there is no sign out front with their hours of operation. A waste of time & no way to correct the information for others.

Wew, so delicious! The owners and the family helped us out and we felt like super stars. I got a dirty chai and it was one of the best chai's I have ever had. The star of the show is of course the baked goods. The photos do not disappoint. This is a perfect establishment for family, friends and pets on the wonderful outdoor patio. Must try bakery!

Ok service, not so good ambiance or food. I doubt I would go there again. The building seems to have had a high moment.

This locally owned and operated business has won my heart, and it's no secret why. The moment you step in, you're greeted by the most delightful aroma of fresh pastries that can instantly lift your spirits. Now, let's talk about my all-time favorites - the tiramisu and guava danish. These goodies are a burst of flavor that never fails to satisfy my sweet cravings. Honestly, they've become my go-to when I need a little pick-me-up. And can we talk about the interior? The ambiance is so cheery and bright that it adds an extra layer of joy to the whole experience. It's the perfect spot to brighten up your day, literally and figuratively. It's no surprise to me that this place snagged the title of Top Places to Eat in Ventura County. With their consistently fresh pastries, mouthwatering treats, and the inviting atmosphere, they've truly earned their spot. If you haven't checked it out yet, do yourself a favor and treat your taste buds to a little slice of happiness :)

Looooved this place, the food, the owners and the coffee!! The wife said their tiramisu was so good that if I didn't like it, I could get my money back. Well, with that type of confidence I had to try it and OMGOOOODNESS!!! The BEST tiramisu on this side of the country!!! We also had the breakfast burrito, with amazing salsa and the guava pastry plus coffee, of course. We will be salivating until we get a chance to go back and taste everything else.

Please update your store hours so people do not drive here for nothing. Stopped in at 2pm and it was closed while operating hours shows open until 6pm

I went to this beautiful establishment today and when I say it was beyond delightful that would be an understatement. The service was EXCELLENT, and the roast beef croissant sandwich with all the toppings was the star of the show!! The best sandwich I've had in years! The pasties were amazing especially the macaroons and cheese rolls! I recommend this French Bakery for all you sweet tooth needs!
