Tried this place this past Saturday and it was amazing! The service was exceptional and when paired with their amazing handcrafted cocktails, made the experience superb! Between Jo and Jessica the staff made gave the place somewhere I want to come back to. We tried seven of the signature drinks and the flavor combinations worked wonderfully together. I especially enjoyed (and I will update later when I go back to remember the name) the drink finished with the toasted coconut! We plan on going back a bit earlier in the evening while the kitchen is still open to sample the food, so an update with pictures will be added in time. Definitely a place you want to be!
And to Jo and Jessica, thank you for making our evening a joyous one I hope to see you two again!

Excellent espresso martini!
Ordered the tomahawk steak 90 dollars. It was over cooked and taste as not seasoned. I mean where's the salt and pepper. If im paying 90 something dollars for a steak I would like it to be cooked by a professional chef

On my last visit this place really disappointed. Our drinks came out after multiple groups who arrived after us ordered and the food came out maybe only a minute after we ordered, and it was cold. I understand it was a busy night but spending 100 dollars on a dish of noodles that had less flavor and worse chicken then a can of cheap chicken noodle soup upsets me.

My girlfriend and I went there last night for valentines day, and it was an absolute nightmare. The food was nothing but absolutely bland, no flavor of anykind, and on top of that it came out cold somehow yet the noodles we ordered were burnt. I could say without a doubt it came out of the microwave. The drinks that we ordered didn't come out for about 25 minutes and one of them tasted like soap, the cup was not cleaned all the way. The service was almost a joke. If it wasn't for the bar down the street, my valentines would of been an absolute joke. This place needs to either close down, change ownership, or make their prices the same as that as McDonald's. Severely disappointing.

This review genuinely makes me sad to write.
Rock & Drams used to be a favorite—an elevated cocktail lounge with incredible food, thoughtful craft cocktails, and a vibe that made it worth planning a night around. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership/concept, it feels like a completely different establishment… and not in a good way.
The space now leans toward a sports bar atmosphere—buckets of beer, cheap drink specials posted everywhere—yet drinks are still priced at $17 despite no longer being craft cocktails. The service matched the downgrade: the bar was nearly empty, yet we were ignored for about five minutes, and the staff generally seemed bothered to be there.
Food was the biggest disappointment. The full menu is still listed on the website and allows online ordering, which led us to believe it was available. In reality, it wasn’t. Had we known ahead of time, we would not have made a reservation (not that one was needed—the place was empty). The fries we did receive were literally crumbs and broken bits. We were starving and ended up having to change plans entirely.
What’s frustrating is that the prices, website, and branding still suggest the old Rock & Drams—while the experience no longer reflects that at all. It feels like a cheapened concept wrapped in a pretty façade.
I truly hope the original ownership or decision-makers step in and take notice. This place was once thriving for a reason, and it’s heartbreaking to see how far it’s fallen.

Even with a reservation it takes long to get seated. Drinks took almost an hour to arrive, just drinks, no food. There was plenty of empty tables so place didn’t seem super busy but service took too long. For a party of 6 people they only gave us 2 menus, idk if they just ran out? my friend does not drink alcohol and she requested a mocktail and they still put alcohol in it. Very cute, cozy place but service sucks.

I was really looking forward to this place as it was highly recommended to me, but overall it was a big disappointment. This was mainly because of the terrible service that the waitress provided to my family and I. I don't know if she was having a terrible day or what, but she should consider other career paths besides waitressing because it's not meant for her. The food and drinks were good but the service was bad. I won't be coming back.

Music was very loud and speakers were over modulating. There was a large group and only 2 bartenders and 1 server.
