grear company to work for. Any bad reviews are lies.

So I’m a wildland fireman on the lake fire in LA county 8|26|2020. So did a 14 day roll during this time we found 5 bugs in our food 2 were roaches. Food was consistently cold or uncooked eggs were watery. The part that sucks the most is I can’t give less than 1 star. I don’t know who runs this clown show but I wish they would kill them selfs.

Where do I start? With the raw potatoes at breakfast? Or the cockroaches that were found in them by one of my crew. The watered down eggs? Or the hair that was found in them by multiple crew members. I've had some bad food on incidents but these guys take the cake by far. If I never see this company again it would be a treat. We have skipped meals and gone out to eat on our own dime because we can't stomach another meal. I have one compliment for this company, they sure know how to make dog food look pretty. If I could give negative stars I would. Food was eaten on lake fire.

Bryan and his team consistently turn out food that is above and beyond what is expected. There ability to work remotely under harsh conditions are amazing and their mobile kitchen equipment is top notch

Scofield is a great company to work with and above all to work for. The atmosphere they provide is heads above the rest. The excellent management of the L and L team and the entire Scofield staff really shows through, especially under pressure when quick decisions need to be made and quality cannot be compromised. much luv to FIRECAMP

Talk about top notch. Mr. Scofield gets it done. Every single of his employees are kind and very attentive. His culinary skills are second to none. I really appreciate this companies' detail to making it an experience that your guests will remember for a long time.
