The good: customer service friendly with quick recognition when you enter. Clean store with good ambience, and music was not blasting loud like other stores. The Bad: I do my best to support local cafes, sadly it felt little pricey for bakery items. Also gave this shop 2 tries, both times their wifi was 'down', time between both stops over a month, not sure why it's hasn't been fixed. Was a bummer as I was hoping to get some work done as I grab coffee between client visits. Other annoyance is they charge for cup of water, eventhough you buy something. Didn't need something fancy just a small paper cup with h20. To ownership: it's the small things/perks and convenience that complement the whole customer experience. #allTheBest

Wow! A coffee shop with down home personal care. I’m in! I had to try both Raisin Bran muffins as they have two to choose from. I can’t decide other than one is sweeter than the other. Looks like great food menu options I’ll have to come back for. My decaf iced mocha is perfect but the best part is the really nice staff. I feel like I’m in a small town old fashioned type of cafe.

This place is great - unless you need to use the Wi-Fi. I'm here in early Sept 2025, and today is the third time in about a month that I've been here and the Wi-Fi is out. That's not cool, Simones! Wi-Fi is expected, and there's no way to know until after you get here, park, and pay that the Wi-Fi is out. Total fail. Must be fixed. Service, food, and atmosphere is all very good. Just fix that, please.

Went in and was helped by Janelle. She was very informative and the nice young man behind the barista stand recommended a drink that was delicious for my friend i was picking up for. She was very delighted. I even bought a cup I was informed i get .25 off for bringing in own cup. It stayed warm until afternoon when i cleaned out for the day was impressed by the quality. Very happy with my visit here. Thank you for having such a warm staff.

Walking into Simones is so refreshing, it's bright but cozy at the same time. Excellent food and tasty drinks. Everyone that works here is a joy to talk to and genuinely treat me with kindness when I walk in the door. For food I love the Spinach Feta Bowl, and I always get their Golden Chai Latte. So so good!

My wife and I just brought our UK friend here! I ordered their Cold Brew Coffee. As I am a Cold Brew fanatic, and in my opinion, if the Brew ain't made locally, it just ain't Cold Brew. Starbucks upsets my stomach. And such other places that imitate Cold brew. Normally I'd been through 2 trentas no ice by the evening. I'm still sipping on Simones Cold brew! The quality is amazing. Very refreshing and there is no bitter after taste. I will be back.
