I love this coffee shop. It actually makes this little sliver of Ventura feel a bit more like a metropolitan city lol. Plus watching people try to parallel park in front is so entertaining. They have cute plushies for sale, and Junior is the best barista. My fave, even though the original on the east end is equally lovely.

Everybody is always so kind! The kind of place that remembers you and always asks how you’re doing. Coffee is great and there’s a lot of food options which I wasn’t expecting. Always recommend Simone’s to everyone! Both locations are great!

really nice spot for anyone visiting or perusing the CMH hospital area for a quick drink & bite! I tried the iced matcha latte w/ vanilla cold foam 🍵🍃 and thought it was really good!! it did taste a bit chalky… but nothing I couldn’t handle :) if Im ever in the hospital area again I will always try to visit this cafe!

Usual high quality of a Simones Coffee & Tea. Right across the street from Community Memorial Hospital. Parking available, great seating if eating in with lots of windows plus outdoor seating as well. Worth a visit.
