The staff are very friendly and the shops are beautiful designed. The Coffee and tea are delicious, I always get a chai tea latte which has made it on my comfort foods list.Vegetarian options: Although the food isn't the best out there the coffee and teas are great and definitely vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: I haven't personally asked for any.changes to my order. I know they have many options for dietary restrictions.Kid-friendliness: Friendly to all customers no matter their age.Wheelchair accessibility: The store has no stares and many wheelchair accessible routes.

I've had the pleasure of knowing "Simone" since she ran the snack bar at the Pierpont Racquet Club years ago... Now, as successful as she made that gig, her two "Coffee Shops" reflect the classy person she is and the style she has. The "Coffee Menus" are outstanding, the snacks, bagels/pastries and always fresh, tasty and stylish. It would be nice for the place next to CMH to have WiFI service but the beverages and food are tops and the service at both locations is as prompt and classy as is Simone herself. Both places are a worthy diversion. Obviously, I'm a big fan and regular customer.

Good coffee and friendly staff. It's a busy coffee shop right by a hospital. If you're looking for a coffee to go or want to hang out and read a book while enjoying a drink and baked good, it's a good option.Loses stars for no WiFi and no outlets. If you're looking for a place to work with a laptop, look elsewhere.

We stopped at Simone's on the way up to Santa Clara for our morning coffee. It was such a cute shop with an abundance of options for beverages and food. They even had so many Autumn options. I got a Mexican Mocha coffee and my daughter got a Maple Spice Crème coffee, both were absolutely yummy. The service I think was the best. The gentleman that took our order was so helpful. The young lady that made our coffees was so sweet and prompt. The entire staff was a ray of sunshine. Thank you for a great experience! We saved Simone's into our Favorites list. Can't wait to come again and share with all my friends and family!!

Beautiful coffee shop! The interior is modern and has beautiful light fixtures in every corner. Area wise it is in front of CMH. It is a coffee shop on the smaller end. Looks like the perfect place to come and study considering it's fairly quiet and peaceful. I ordered an iced matcha with oatmilk and a spinach feta bowl. The eggs were cooked fluffy and airy. The sauce was delicious! It paired nicely with the matcha as well. Staff here is very friendly. The prices are a bit on the higher end but overall it's a sweet spot!

I always heard about this place since moving to Ventura but I just never stopped by. I finally did and regret not coming sooner! I love the avocado toast! It's the simplest thing ever but soooo delicious. Still working on trying everything else but the iced latte's sure hit the spot! The employees are such sweethearts too :)
