Fun taco shack, amazing vibe and atmosphere with the surf theme, goes right with ventura, tacos were nothing exceptionally amazing but pretty good and the staff were average, nice and helpful. I like this place 4/5

My friend recommended this place and suggested the fish tacos. I ordered the 2 taco plate and it was cold. My order was ready in like 2 minutes. I'm guessing it was sitting waiting for the next order. Definitely not made to order.

Never have I waited 40mins for my food at this location. The cashiers need to keep an eye on orders.. I know accidents happen, tickets “lost” by the cooks so they said however the front counter needs to be more vigilant of their customers. Until I was the only one inside they asked me for my order # to then realize it wasn’t even made. Very disappointing becuz I love snapper jacks but I will drive further if this continues to be an issue at this location that’s only 3 mins away.

it had been years since i ate here so i decided to stop by since i was in town. i asked the girl at the register which one was the salad with chicken & crispy tortilla chips. She seemed like she wasn't knowledgable of the menu since she looked confused but she said that it was the garden salad so that's what i ordered. I take it to go & come to find out there's no chicken in my salad.... kind of disappointing since i was looking forward to having a chicken salad today.... please make sure ur cashiers are knowledgeable of what is & isn't on the menu. it was pretty disappointing to see that when i arrived home.
