Worst experience we’ve had at a Starbucks! Twice not just once. We’ve gone 2 times in the last month and both times my 14 yr old daughter and sister were met with the nastiest attitude and looks from the employees. Both females I could not read the name on their tag but will definitely be going in to check. The drinks were made wrong both times but we did not want to waste time for a remake with an attitude such as theirs.

Starbucks is always a good idea, but this one is on Main Street in the middle of Ventura. There are a few tables outside overlooking the walking part of Main Street. The people behind the counter are really nice and very friendly. It's a really nice way to take a break from the craziness of life.

The girl this morning messed up my order. She wasn't friendly about it at all and when she remade it the coffee tastes bitter and not drinkable.
Me and my wife have ordered thousands of times Starbucks food and coffee. Well I walk in to use the bathroom and was denied because I need to make a purchase I was told or I can’t use the bathroom. This is very unprofessional as a service company. I won’t be returning to this location. Neither will my wife and all I can convince not to.

I've always respected Starbucks' right to set policies, but my recent experience left me disappointed. I purchased a large latte and left the store to walk around. When I returned about two hours later to use the restroom, I was denied access because I was no longer considered a "current customer." Even after explaining that I had made a purchase earlier, the staff told me I couldn’t leave, walk around, and come back to use their restroom
I understand the need for policies, but this felt unnecessarily strict. As a paying customer, I should be able to use the restroom within a reasonable time frame. This kind of rigidity makes loyal customers feel unwelcome. I often take my dog for a pup cup, and small gestures like that are what keep people coming back—not necessarily the coffee itself. To be honest, I pay for the experience and the extras, not just the drink.
I know Starbucks is focused on profit, but treating customers this way will only drive more people away.
Good luck, Starbucks and the Downtown Ventura location! I know you won’t care, but you’ve officially lost one customer.

While on vacation ( holiday ) i popped in here 3 times and every time cheerful welcome a smile and great service tried a few items can’t get in Uk and even had the walnut loaf
