Terrible service. Neglecting online orders is their strong suit, like when a barista was chatting with a customer for 10 minutes while I patiently waited for my order. Plus their staff must hate their jobs because they don't ever seem thrilled to be there. Do better

It's weird, but on two occasions I've come into this location a little after 4:00 in the afternoon, and all the chairs are up on the tables (see photos). It's nowhere even close to closing time yet. Are we under a lockdown again? Do they close early now? Overflowing trash barrel in the middle of the floor, and a partially opened pallet of goods sitting on the ground taking up floor space. Not very inviting. I felt like I couldn't relax, so I took my food to go.

The visit was fine until the manager who is an older man was rubbing up on one of his coworkers who is not his girlfriend because he kept asking when will I see you again and asked where she was going and then called her over again and was rubbing her up and down in front of myself my mother in law my father in law and other customers and we all had looks of disgust on our faces it was not appropriate and disturbingly disgusting.
