I used mobile ordering to order 3 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. One breakfast sandwich had been heated and the other was cold...not just lukewarm like it had been sitting for a while, but cold and inedible. I tried to call the store. Someone picked up the phone and hung up.

Horrible customer service I received from staff. If you want to go sit down and drink your coffee be prepared to get scolded or ignored for no reason. I went with my daughter to sit down and have a coffee and apparently she was "too loud" when kids are kids. She wasn't even running around or anything, simply being a toddler, but I politely got up and left. Simply, I know to never come to this location ever again. I would've thought they should have a family friendly policy. I've never had an issue at any other.

I’ve been bringing my daughter here on Monday mornings to take her on a date before I bring her to school. The staff is super friendly and this is a great little environment. We’re always able to find a table where we can have a conversation about life and what’s going on. Oh yeah and the coffee is good too. Don’t forget that.

The guys with long blond hair just keeps talking and don’t make the drinks. I ordered at 4:39 pmI got my 1 drink at 4:52 pm.There was no line people came after me and left first. Wow, screw this place, there’s 20 more Starbucks on Victoria rd to hit this wack one!
