I walked into the store at 10:45, nobody greeted me. Nobody looked at me. I stood at the counter while 3 to 4 people were behind working. It is now 10:50 and I had to ask if the cash register was open so I can order, One of the girls said I’ll be right with you we are busy right now and then I can hear another worker say I’ll try to help her. So I just walked out.

I arrived at Starbucks for a business meeting after driving 40 minutes, only to be told I couldn’t use the restroom until my guest arrived and I placed an order. I found this incredibly unwelcoming, so I called my business partner and suggested we meet elsewhere. What a way to lose customers.
After informing Felix, who claimed to be the manager, that this was a sure way to lose customers, he suddenly screamed at me. I simply said, “Thank you,” and as I turned to leave, he shouted, “Make sure you also let corporate know,” in a rude tone, making all the customers turn and look at him. Completely unprofessional.
