Finally found the secret combination for the best iced drink! I can say I officially have a favorite! Beautiful mural here at this location! Worth the drive thru visit. Bathrooms require code, so a quick run in won't work here. The staff seems efficient and pleasant. I like this location. The mural definitely adds that cherry on top.

SBux fan here! So, I travel A LOT for work, and there is a huge comfort in sort of finding the familiar wherever I go, and daily, I find my Starbucks in whatever city I am in. Nearly always a great experience, and today, an exceptional one. I’m in Ventura CA, and stopped by this location for an indulgence of a Vanilla Crème Frappe and familiarity, and in addition to the drink (okay, the drink and the slice of lemon loaf!) being delish and as expected, there was something else - a terrific vibe from the whole crew that echoed back to when authentically exceptional service was the norm. I honestly felt like I was in a neighborhood coffee shop favorite locale, and I was part of that neighborhood. Consistency, they say, is the promise of a brand. That’s true, and in this particular Starbucks, the people delivering on that brand promise are as important as the recipes.

I walked into the store at 10:45, nobody greeted me. Nobody looked at me. I stood at the counter while 3 to 4 people were behind working. It is now 10:50 and I had to ask if the cash register was open so I can order, One of the girls said I’ll be right with you we are busy right now and then I can hear another worker say I’ll try to help her. So I just walked out.
