The staff here is always very helpful and nice! Today Ricki was helping a customer who was having a problem with his gift card. She paid for his coffee out of her own pocket. Once I saw what she had done I attempted to pay her back for her kindness to the customer. She wouldn’t take my money stating that it was against their policy. I want to commend her for her compassion and thoughtfulness. She is an excellent addition to the Ralph’s/Starbucks team.
