I have been going here pretty consistently for about 4 months and i think that they have only made the drink i ordered once or twice. Last straw today when they gave me a cup of coagulated milk. I keep going back hoping the baristas are new or that they will get someone different. It is sadly the only coffee shop open at 6.

Service was a bit slow but I am not blaming the baristas for that.
This Starbucks location has a great open space, but not enough individual seating. The service was exceptional as always. The food and coffee was consistently good as always. There’s free parking in the parking lot. Lots of natural light overall a great experience.

The customer service here is terrible. Waited so long for an egg sandwich just to find out it was sitting by the microwave the whole time. Meanwhile all the workers were laughing and cracking jokes, and not acting professional. How do you justify tipping these workers ?
