I usually go to the drive thru - but today I had some time to kill, so I went inside to work on court stuff. Tried the apple croissant - pretty delicious. Nice seating area. The higher seats aren't too high like bar stools, so they are much more comfortable. Nice seating outside, but I imagine it might be a bit noisy.

Bizarrely slow drive through experiencely ( turning off engine in intervals between individual cars getting thier orders). Not the longest wait I can remember in drive through, eg In & Out Burger weekend night but longest with only 5 -6 cars in line. Staff was pleasant but didnt acknowledge long wait. Long prep time didnt include checking order before handing to me. Napkin not included with hot breakfast sandwich. The coffee was good but food marginal. I'll avoid Starbucks in mornings going forward. Im still expecting a moderately premium experience they'd delivered years ago. Maybe worth wait in you like one their unique blended drinks. Traditional coffee no longer top option.

The music was entirely too loud, the whole place echoed so bad you couldn't get away from it. Those sitting at the tables were having to really raise their voices just so the other person with them could hear them. Turn down the music!

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!12.9.23 9p.m.went thru the Drive thru w noone in front of me. I chked they were open to 10p.m. Order quickly taken, then waited OVER 5' at window w a gal just inside at the register w another gal behind doing side work. I was never greeted, window not opened to recv my payment. Just sat there for 5'!!! Didnt see anyone preparing my drink. NOTHING NADA ZIP.2 employees cud care less about serving their customer!!! NEEDINESS TO SAY I DROVE OFF AFTER WAITING & WAITING!!!They ain't gonna get my $- So many other great choices w good customer svc!
