This Starbucks location has a great open space, but not enough individual seating. The service was exceptional as always. The food and coffee was consistently good as always. There’s free parking in the parking lot. Lots of natural light overall a great experience.

The customer service here is terrible. Waited so long for an egg sandwich just to find out it was sitting by the microwave the whole time. Meanwhile all the workers were laughing and cracking jokes, and not acting professional. How do you justify tipping these workers ?

We had a fabulous experience here. The staff is so nice and the service was super fast. Eric served us at the drive through and was extra friendly and wonderful - it made our day!

We just went through the drive through and the car in front of us took a long time and sent back his order so we waited until it was corrected for about 10 minutes. When we finally got to the window the person there named Chris did not say one word to us, like sorry for the wait , just took our card handed back, then we waited for the drink. Chris opened the window handed my husband his drink, again without a word then just shut the window. Very rude, will not be returning there again! Horrible service.

My husband was waiting in line to order and I stepped to the side to ask one of the Baristas at the pickup counter if she could give me the code to the restroom. She told me she didn't remember the bathroom code. Okay..?? How does she use the restroom if she doesn't know the code? Anyways i asked her if she knew who else had the code and she ignored me and walked off. Super rude and idk why she had to have an attitude about it. I basically waited until my husband got to the front counter to ask the cashier who gave me the code no issue. Unusual experience for starbucks.

Apparently they changed their hours but still allow mobile orders before they open, ordered my food and then wasn’t able to get it. Pretty useless.
Love, love this location on Mills Rd... easy 101 freeway access or just running errands!
Engaged Barista's, and it's so nice to see some NEW items on the menu!!! Didn't order food.
I went through drive thru this morning and ordered a coffee with a chocolate chip cookie warmed up. As I drove off and was getting on the 101 S I was at the stop light. I reached for my cookie and noticed it looked like someone bit it, along with a large piece of bacon. This is unacceptable and when I went back to the store, got off my car and told the girl at the register, her response was, “I barely got here” well no one asked her for her opinion and immediately she said “I can refund u ur money”. I never asked for a refund but since she opened her smart ass mouth, I accepted the refund. I’m so upset and disturbed with how she handled this situation. All of these employees need to get retrained.
