I usually never leave reviews, but I wanted to say thank you to the kind man working the payment window around 10 pm 12/13/25. I was having a really difficult night and pulled up to the window in tears, and he treated me with such compassion and kindness. I won’t forget that! We need more people like him in this world 🙏🏻
I rarely write reviews for anything less than 5 stars, but as a daughter celebrating my dad's birthday, I felt this needed to be shared. I ordered a hot coffee (with room for cream) and a shaken espresso. The coffee wasn't brewed right away, which was fine, so I went to the bathroom. When I came back, my coffee was ready, but my dad's wasn't. I asked about it, and the barista who took my order, an older woman, loudly insisted several times that she had already...
No power outlets! They're all blocked or do not work. What a shame because I'd return otherwise. Go across the street to Coffee Bean if you need power.
