I frequent this store on behalf of my client who lives in the area. All in all the store is great and the employees for the most part are wonderful. However there is a policy that should be seriously reconsidered. Off a store sells an item then it should be able to take the item back with in a reasonable amount of time. Came here twice after finding out the downtown location was "app" only (sigh) - this location was full of friendly (masked) faces with good COVID practices, clean & safe, looks new, had outside tables to sit at, drive- thru, and lots of parking.
