I walked to the restroom in Starbucks with a full bladder today. I am a polite, middle-aged, decent-looking, clean woman who just needed a restroom. I was discriminated against, and denied access to their facility. I was floored by their mean, arrogant ways today. I will never buy another thing with their logo on it or drink one of their over-priced drinks.

Snobbiest service around, always with backed up lines. Rotund, beady black-eyed barista said, "Are you here for hot water?! The pipes are being worked on right now, the water is all black."
Asked her what was wrong with the pipes. No answer. Asked her how she's running the espresso machines which use hot water. "I can still still give it to you!" she said cheerily. You'd give BLACK water to a customer? Hmm.
Nobody is doing repairs at 4:45pm. Just say you think water shouldn't be free. Nestlé would have a field day with you, I see future employment opportunity. :) Or just say, "I'm lazy." I would believe you.
I actually spent about $20 on just a few groceries with EBT. Maybe think about why someone would prefer not to order a $7 drink with that and why they need hot water.
Be kind? Oh that's definitely not Starbucks slogan. Snobbucks Coffee: Giving us more and more reasons to just make it at home.

Terrible service. The baristas were rude and ignored me for at least 10 minutes. Took forever to make the person in front of me’s drink and then ignored me completely. People behind me left as well. Very disappointing

The cashier, Alicia was incredibly rude to me and my friend taking our order and never gave us a receipt when we asked for one. She also was talking to the other worker there in a condescending manner upon him asking her a simple question. Her lack of training and customer service was astounding. Based on the other reviews on here it seems like this location is poorly managed and explains why people like Alicia feel comfortable to conduct business like that.

Convenient to come here because they're usually really fast, but the service is absolute TRASH and they are ALWAYS sold out of EVERYTHING that no other Starbucks ever is.

Idk about this one. Convenient af, but the chai I got tasted very watery and off. I ordered it made with all almond milk and a shot of espresso, which I didn't taste either.When I asked for a remake, the girl who didn't make it chimed in to say chai lattes aren't made with water. I'm a barista and I've worked for Starbucks. Chais are made with half hot water, half milk.The drink just didn't taste how I normally get it. I don't know if the dude who made it even used milk. For some reason, I feel like this location isn't going to be up to Starbucks standards. It's just been remodelled, so it LOOKS nice....
Don't go. They don't make drinks like other locations. Consistently get orders wrong (look at other reviews). Management there is atrocious. They way over-ice and water drinks and say they have to per new Management. Go to other locations. Most baristas are rude. Drinks take 20 minutes to get.
