Rudest barista. She was working on 02/21/2025 around 7:30pm cleaning up. I asked where the bathroom was, didn’t let me finish the sentence and told me to go the front, asked at 7:30 if they’re closed, said “ya” in the rudest way possible.

At 7:35 AM I went to the Vons Starbucks and it had a sign saying that the person was on a break till 745. I could not wait 10 more minutes for her to get back so I drove to a different Starbucks. Annoying!

Today I ordered a caramel ribbon frap and an ice coffee, but when I asked her to scan coupons, she refused, and she further didn't put w.cream on my cold coffee, which was very rude. Don't buy from such a kind of person.

Super disappointed in the customer service, this Starbucks does not make good drinks, it’s written on the cup and they still can’t make it right.
