I had a great experience at Subway. The staff was super friendly and got my order just right. Everything tasted fresh, and I love how you can customize your sandwich exactly how you like it. The place was clean, and the service was quick, which is always a plus. Overall, it was a good meal at a fair price. Definitely coming back!

There was a young man and young lady working at the time of my order. I care this much about Food Service that I am in the parking lot writing this review. The Gentleman helping me make my order was VERY kind and polite. The lady on the other hand came off passive aggressive. As I was checking out, I noticed her body language and she was literally holding my items over the bag and just dropping them in the bag. Then proceeds to push my bag towards me.

That's where I stopped her and corrected her for her actions. I really hope she has a better day. But that was totally uncalled for. Again Thank you to the young man that assisted me. He deserves a raise
Almost forgot, after I corrected the employee about customer service, the kind Sir offered me drinks because I was told their cooler with drinks is down from what the lady told me. Make sure i make this clear.

I visited the store today and attempted to redeem my $2 discount for having earned 400 points with Subway MVP Rewards. However, the employee would not let me do so. She kept telling me I did not have enough points to redeem any rewards even after I showed her the app that stated differently. After making my purchase, my receipt shows my points balance is now 620, so clearly I had enough points to receive my $2 discount. Due to this incident, I am unsatisfied with my Subway experience today.

They Charge you 1.49 for refills. Never encountered this at any other location. I asked if this is store or corporate policy. They said it's store policy. Will not be using this particular location. Just a head up for those who want a refill, it ain't free.

The best subway in the area and the only one I go. Great customer service, always fresh ingredients and fast service. I always walk in hungry and walk out happy. My favorite employees are Ekam and Marcos. Ekam makes me feel like a celebrity because she knows my order and never fails to amaze me. The manager and owner better appreciate the great workers they have because I know I do!

I go here almost daily. The food is great, and the service is amazing. We always leave a tip via our debit card, because the staff works very hard, and they deserve ir.Here is my complaintHow dare the powers that be decide that the staff doesn't deserve tips.For no reason, they took away the tip option. Hardly anyone carries cash for their tip jar.Losing tip money is a big financial hit, and is very unfair to the deserving staff that depends on tips to make up for their low wages.What say you, subway?How do you justify this?Shame on you.

Count each piece of meat but don't spread evenly around. All cold food ices. Hate frozen lettuce. Drinks were watered. Need to check syrup mixtures. You could tell they just took over. I asked. Hope they can make it.
