Bad service, the lady the helped me on Thursday morning she was very rude She looks like she didn't want to help me or make my food she spoke to me rude I don't know what happened I always come to this subway and I remember some nice people I think she is new Owners should teach her how to treat people

The Footlong Cookie was not cooked properly, cold and hot in some areas, completely inedible, asked for a new one was told no. Worst experience in a while. Won't be taking my 2 year old here for a cookie ever again.

The staff needs to learn to communicate with their customers. I was charged $3.75 additionally because the employee didnt know what button to push and she didn't communicate I was being charged.
