The Footlong Cookie was not cooked properly, cold and hot in some areas, completely inedible, asked for a new one was told no. Worst experience in a while. Won't be taking my 2 year old here for a cookie ever again.

the subway in the mall 2551 main st. ventura california..following incident..i'm handicapped and 75 yr old..ordered a spicy italian and asked for a cup of water..the manager said she's out if water cups to which i said please give me water in a soft drink cup..she said she's not allowed needs $1.65..i said not my problem..need a cup of water..still refused..send message to corporatenever refused water ever in 70 years and at no cost..i think probably illegal..looking into it..plus the managers attitude was horrible..she could care less that i was calling corp..similar to most under 30 year olds today

No free refills at this subway, no water cups . Sound like to me they are trying to get every Sent out of you. You guys know by law you have to give free water right. Look it up.

Never again will I eat their they have very bad customer service besides the point that one off the employees made me feel very bad when I asked for a 6inch sub and he rolled his eyes like do I have to make it ... let me tell you that with out us customer you guys wouldn't have a job

The staff needs to learn to communicate with their customers. I was charged $3.75 additionally because the employee didnt know what button to push and she didn't communicate I was being charged.
