My sandwich this morning was good quality, the woman making my sandwich smiled at me and my impression of both workers was that they were friendly. Very clean establishment. I wish Subways were a little less sterile looking, a little more personality, but it's a corporate choice to give them a uniform look I think.
The Subway on the Avenue overcharged me by about $4 last time, so I almost didn't go in today. Glad I did, good food.

I feel bad for singular, older lady working by herself on a Saturday evening. evening. took me almost 40 minutes to get through with a two-person line and she kept having a pause due to online orders. I really feel bad but she was such a kind and nice and understanding woman, however, they should not have one person working on a Saturday evening.

I came in with my daughter for lunch your food line looks wilted your customer service sucks! I’ve been here in the past and have had great service I would receive a military discount. Today one of your employees looked at me and scold and just under her breath just a nasty no we don’t do. I don’t think I’ll be coming back!

The employee had zero customer service skills. Looked like didn’t want to be there. Quick one word answers to questions. Wasn’t helpful at all. Made a mess with one of my items but expected me to clean it up. Very slow. Had nobody to help him.
Wrong hours, were closed on xmas eve at 1pm.
