I've never had a problem with this location. I LOVE the tuna foot long sub. I wish the subs weren't the price they are, but we always bring a couple and get one foot long for free. The staff nine out of ten times look lifeless, but I don't blame them. They're never rude or anything and do their job. Only once did I have a bad taste, but it was cause an olive somehow got mixed in to the onions I requested and I hate olives. My husband tends to get sick from the meats here. I'm not sure why, but I never get anything but the tuna, so nothing spicy or too heavy.

Just paid $16 for the most basic and tasteless sandwich imaginable and the girl just threw it together. I kindly asked if she could cut it into 4 for my kids and she practically tore it apart... the bread tastes horrible... there are people on the benches and tables outside using drugs... I used to work at a subway so I know the wsybthey train their employees...I'm not sure what went wrong in this store maybe huge lack of oversight or care but I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE COME HERE

I walked in at 8:45 and was refused help I had to go to the grocery store for a sandwich the store hours showed 730am to 8pm they refused service I have no clue I’m a dispatcher for 1 of the largest lumber companies in the nation and I was treated like garbage I will no longer send me employees there this was on 1/2/24

Absolutely poor and rude customer service with aggressive employees. I was overcharged for a 12” in. Turkey Ham.Was charged for two 6 in and extra for ham.Employee would not refund differenceWhen I asked for his name another employee (older woman) told me his name is Yobani or Giovanni When I asked her how to spell it she told me to learn to spell.When I asked her name she would not tell me. Then Giovanni came out from the counter to physically confront me.

Nice people but the app states online that online ordering is available until 7:45pm, yet the store always closes online ordering around 7:15 when there’s absolutely no one in there anyway. Lame.

Subway was advertising a "buy one get one free". It was all over the TV. I arrived at this location and the one and only person working refused to honor this promotion. He said it was not in his "register". This was a bit of a drive for nothing. He suggested I try another Subway. Really? I showed him the promotion on the company website and he still refused to honor my order.Cc: Subway Corporate

I'm giving this visit 4 stars today because the people weren't as cheerful as they usually have been during my past visits. It's been a while since the last time I was here. I have never seen these people. Maybe management changed. I don't know. What I do know is that they need to understand the power of friendliness. I have no confidence in letting people handle my food who aren't friendly. Good thing they make my sandwich in front of me. Food is good though. Restaurant was clean. I didn't check out the restroom. I don't like the homeless people hanging around the entrance. Today I got angrily mumbled at by a person who appears to be homeless. Now she is arguing with herself.
