“This is my favorite Taco Bell in Ventura. Love it!
Everytime I've gone there the workers have been the friendliest!
Didn't hear them call my order, they were so nice and insistent to remake my order.
I was embarrassed for not hearing it being called. They made me feel so much better and we're amazing at handling it the way they did.
Amazing!“
“Don’t get me wrong, I love authentic Mexican food. I actively seek it out. But I also have a very real soft spot for Taco Bell. It’s my favorite junk food and I’m not pretending otherwise.
I’m honestly confused by some of the negative reviews. It’s Taco Bell, not a Michelin-starred restaurant. If you’re expecting fine dining, that’s on you.
I always opt out of online ordering because Taco Bell should be eaten hot. Obviously it’s not “fresh” in that way, but there’s nothing worse than cold Taco Bell. Eat it while it’s hot and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
I also appreciate a good drive-thru, and Taco Bell nails that convenience. Before you leave, always check your order. It’s that simple. Employees are human and mistakes happen. It’s really not that deep, and it’s an easy fix if you catch it on the spot.
My order is simple and consistent: a bean and cheese burrito, a crunchy beef taco, and a Diet Coke. I still miss the chili cheese burrito and the ranch taco, gone but not forgotten.
Taco Bell knows exactly what it is. If you’re in the mood for nostalgic, no-frills comfort junk food, it delivers every time. Just manage your expectations and enjoy it for what it is.“
“I was in a rush to get food and back in the road, and the Taco Bell staff were occupied. Despite that, one of the employees fixed the soda machine when I asked if the soda machine was dispensing mineral water and clarified on instructions to get throughly mixed soda when I asked a few seconds later. Excellent customer service, definitely recommend the food.“
