This is my favorite Taco Bell in Ventura. Love it! Everytime I've gone there the workers have been the friendliest! Didn't hear them call my order, they were so nice and insistent to remake my order. I was embarrassed for not hearing it being called. They made me feel so much better and we're amazing at handling it the way they did. Amazing!

The food is good, but they don't put enough toppings (or put them on evenly), and many times, my burrito isn't wrapped well, and everything falls out. The staff are friendly, but wish the food was what it used to be.
Don't go to that place. The lady who was suppose to help me told me about 4 times to wait a moment and just walked away, and never helped me to order on front register. So had to order at the kiosk myself and I was given my food cold. Worst place. Rude people.

Ordered off uber eats I requested sauces 12 to be exact no sauces in bag and when I called the lady hung up on me I called back 6 times and they ignored my calls. Not great service I get it’s that it’s fast food but when you specifically ask for something g and paying for your food and the team has the audacity to hang up on you and not answer your calls super awesome!

The food is super low-priced, and they don’t forget to put enough sauce in the potato tacos! Although it’s not the most aesthetically pleasing restaurant since it’s a fast food place and it’s not in the safest side of town, it’s still a great option if you’re in the mood for an affordable and arguably high-quality (as far as fast food goes, anyway) snack or meal.

Order food on the app before I drove to the location. Was hoping my food would be ready to go when I arrived and I could just leave but they didn't start my order until I arrived. I had to wait for them to prepare my food. What's the purpose of ordering on the app and heading to the location and checking in if they're not making the food until I check in at the counter?
