Coffee Bean in Ventura is the best. They should have 4.8 stars. The customer service is amazing. Connie the Manager is terrific. She says hello when you walk in the door. She makes you feel so comfortable.

I keep coming back here to give you guys another chance because I like you and I like your location, but it seems the last four times I’ve visited there has always been something wrong with my drink.

I met a colleague there this afternoon and we each enjoyed an afternoon pick-me-up but the icing on the cake? I left behind a very nice water bottle and hours later realized and returned to inquire (expecting that it had been stolen or claimed - it’s super nice!). But they had it bagged and labeled in case I came back. So impressed by the organization and integrity!
