Ordered the pirates choice, 1lb no spice and peeled for the kids. Other two pounds ordered were spicy and with shell, also ordered one pound of crab legs. Order came in with all three pounds spicy and whole. I brought the mistake up to the staff, they made the pound of shrimp no spice and peeled. When the bill came they charged for all three pounds and crab legs as peeled which is 3.50 extra each pound, and French bread that we did not order nor receive, as well as a 20% service fee for a party of five one of them being a 9 month old. This place will rob you. I Will never go back.

Crab N Spice is hands down one of the best seafood boil spots around. The seafood is fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. Their sauces are amazing — rich, flavorful, and customizable to your spice level. The portions are generous, and every bag comes out packed with flavor.
The staff is friendly, quick, and always makes sure you’re taken care of. Whether you’re craving shrimp, crab, or a full seafood feast, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a great seafood boil!

We hadn’t had cab and spice in a long time. Food was as good as I remember, we enjoyed every bite. They only thing that I think should be addressed was the meal that feed two persons only has one potato and one corn. I was sorry to that there noodles were no longer on the menu, they were delicious.

Hadn’t been in a while but went with my family to eat and as soon as I walked in I noticed the servers just looked unprofessional and like they couldn’t care less about there job one in particular which was unfortunately ours was very loud and obnoxious and checked on us twice within the 1 1/2 we were there we had to ask the other server that was there that actually attended to her tables better but I did see her sneeze into her hand and I don’t know if she washed her hands after 🥴 I also could see the servers talking in the back and we asked for chicken wings and onion rings and they brought us onion rings and Cajun fries so they had to put that in which took another 30minutes and wanted to try the beignets and since our server was no where to be found we asked the other one and she said she would tell our server didn’t tell our server we got up and had to go ask our server and she said oh you wanted beignets it will be another 10-15minutes so we only tipped her under 15% because of the horrible service I think they got a new restaurant manager which is a lady and it doesn’t really come back to the the servers it comes back to her because she lets them be unprofessional and is okay with them not doing their jobs well will not be coming back for a while food was good but customer service was trash sad because I come here occasionally but service was just awful I believe the girls name was Tay that was very slow, unprofessional & inattentive to her tables unless they were big parties.

I took my daughter for dinner on her 12th birthday this August 22nd right when they opened at 5pm. We called ahead to let them know a family of 10 would be coming but only 8 of us actually came. At first everything was fine they helped us order since it was our first time, but once the food came out we realized we were missing half of everything we ordered. We got the all you can eat, and we were never given any corn, potatoes, or sausage that we ordered. Then we were told we can't have it anymore. They also forgot our pasta and still billed us for it. I made them remove it but I paid full price, plus the tax they make you pay when it's more that 6 people. Overall, horrible experience will never come here again

i’ve never had this problem here ever until today and the service was horrible they got my entire order wrong 2 times and on top of that gave us no utensils to use nor any gloves and i had to cancel my entire order !! worst service ever will definitely never return !

Honestly I am not one to enjoy seafood boil but the Captain’s Choice Combo was AMAZING! From the seasoning to the nice kick I got from the medium heat. It was heaven. I highly suggest this place! I didn’t get the chance to dine in but the food was amazing and worth the drive

This place has the best seafood boil seasoning compared to others in the surrounding area. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because the booths are SO DIRTY. There’s wooden slats that trap old crumbs and french fries. I just had to ignore it and i enjoyed my food just fine😭

They get a 1 star just because 0 is not an option! Very expensive, like 5 star restaurant pricing for the minimal food they serve! Ridiculous prices for such a small amount of food. You spend more time pulling crab legs and cleaning shrimp than you do chewing. My family of 4 were charged $135 for two small bags of steamed seafood and we were left hungry! NEVER again! This place is a rip off!!! Do Not Go there!
