They asked us to wait an hour for a table, which we did — and that was fine since we were informed upfront. We chose this place based on its reviews and social media presence, but for us, it turned out to be the worst $400 we've ever spent on a lunch for a family of four.

For a first time I was disappointed on how selective the servers were as it took a while to get our drinks then waited about 45 minutes for our food to where as a group came in got drinks as well as there food quickly as felt like they were friends of servers which the snow crab legs were delicious but the wait. The waitress apologize for delay

Highly disappointed. We got there at 5:30 pm just after the place opened. We were able to sit right away but it took 25 minutes before the server came and asked for our drink order. We placed our food order at the same time and it took 50 minutes for our food to finally come. At another table our server was helping, they got their drink within 5 min and there food within 15 min. We noticed other tables also had long delays. When we finished eating it took another 15 min before the server came and I had to ask for the check. Once we were able to finally leave we noticed we were there for 2 hours and it was just the 2 of us. Had the service been like the other table we would've been out of there within an hour. Very disappointed in the service and the delay in getting the food out to the table.

Food was overall delish and wait was reasonable. But, I ordered a beer which came to me opened and not filled all the way. I was like, what happened to the top half of it? She acted like it was normal and I asked who opened it and she said she did. I took a sip and it was totally flat. She lied. Because she returned with a new one and opened it at the table with the beer opener that’s attached to the booth! (Which I assume it protocol when ordering one…) I don’t appreciate her trying to pawn off an already opened one which she clearly did not open herself. My only other observation is the nasty booth seats that have wooden grooves that trap all kinds of nasty food and god knows what in it. Very unsanitary. So even tho the food was good, I was grossed out by the opened beer I put my mouth on and the dirty booth seat I was sitting on.

First Time & Hopefully Not the Last!
This was my first time at a seafood boil spot, and I was a little unsure of what to expect—but my daughter loves these places, so we gave it a shot. I’m so glad we did! Natalie was our server and she was amazing—so patient, personable, and genuinely kind. She made us feel completely comfortable and walked us through everything. The food was incredible, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. Natalie really made our visit special. Looking forward to coming back soon.

We came here for lunch on a Sunday. It was kind of busy but we got our table in about 15 minutes. The food was good. The single room bathroom was a little dirty though. There's a sink outside the bathroom area to wash hands. I would definitely come back here though. The flavors were good.

If you like seafood, this one place in the ventura area is the place. I had the cajun shrimp, and it depends on how spicy you want yours. They also serve chicken fingers for kids and theyre delicious. They also give you a bib so you wont stained your shirt. Service is good. They only thing if you go there in afternoon is they closed at 3pm and open back at 5pm.

My friend invited me out saying this place was the best unfortunately my experience was horrible. We arrived at 530 and were told 30 minute wait, we waited for 45 then went back in and waited another 15 minutes to be seated.
Started with the drink and I asked for a separate bill since I was also placing a to-go order. I first ordered a corona and after everyone else was brought drinks told they were sold out, asked for a Stella and also sold out ended up with a Modelo .
For food I ordered the captains choice combo with a to-go order garlic noodles, shrimp pasta, clam chowder bowl and a Thai iced tea. The server told me you were out of snow crab so I couldn’t get the combo. I asked if I could pay the $30 difference from snow to king crab and after she asked someone else I was told no. I then asked for the Pirates choice combo and was told they were also out of mussels and couldn’t order that either. I had to order everything separately. Ordered King Crab, shrimp, corn, sausage, potatoes totaling over $100 double what my original order would have been . When the server brought the food she let me know they were also out of garlic noodles I said no problem and said I’ll do two orders of pasta instead. We were never brought crab utensils and gloves so we walked over to the booth to get them. We were never checked back in on or got a drink refill or checked in on. After we were done eating we waited for another 30 minutes before asking the waiter for our bills and to-go order. We were brought the bill and it was all on one. The waiter then told me they were also out of the pasta and chowder. I said okay I’ll just take the thia tea. After leaving with all three of our cards she came back and told me they were also out of the mix for Thai tea. She then brought the receipts and charged all of our cards the wrong orders and amounts instead of asking her to fix it we all just decided to Zelle each other the correct amounts.
I would like to add it was busy and the server was apologetic stating no one knows how to order right so you’re always running out of things. She was also nice and polite but the standard of service was poor. It was a horrible experience i will never eat or recommend this place to anyone.
