Food arrived cold, not their fault. Meat was tough. Got wrong order.paid for beef and chicken got all chicken. It was like eating shoe leather.

Best waba location by far!! Tony is great and greets in such an uplifting mood. Food here is great, proportions are really good. Service is fast which is the best part. In and out in less than 5 minutes

I came today and I get the beef and vegetables bowl and it was the worse bowl ever , they just gave me rise and cabbage bowl they don’t put any meat on it or other vegetables, first and last time I eat here.

Your guys bathroom has been out of service for too long. Displays lack of care and unwillingness to allow customers to naturaly relieve themselves why they wait 10 min for theyre order. Its gotten rediculous at this point.

No atmosphere whatsoever. Food is frozen cafeteria type reheated items. Don’t let them trick you with the “rib-eye steak”.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter was able to eat the rice but it’s too easy not to mess up rice. It should have been the only edible item. All meat should be served fresh at this price.

Im not one to usually complain but this time I feel I need to. I was there last night after work to, and I was the only customer in there, the guy behind the counter was also the only one behind the counter. He was obviously working hard, and was hot, because as he approached me he took his hat off and proceeded to push his greasy hair back and put his hat back on, took my order, and my money, and then proceeded to get my rice, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, STERILIZING OR PUTTING GLOVES ON. Then he put one glove on to get my chicken and it was at that point I decided I should just ask for a refund because I was so grossed out. I finally got my food after 4 other customers came in. and they were served first. There was no interaction with any of the customers including myself. Then a couple of guys ran in to the kitchen area from somewhere in the back like they were chasing each other and I thought my god how is this place still up and running? When I finally got my food home, the chicken was mediocre. Not great at all. Oh did I mention when I walked in it smelled like a bathroom? Yeah I wont be going there again and I wont be recommending it to others either.
I went in for the 1st time today, and before tasting the food I decided I will never go back. I went in on my lunch break around 1:00. No one else was in the resturant, the lady that took my order was so rude. Absolutely no customer service skills and spoke not one word to me. About 4 people walked in after I ordered and she was the same with them. Also, all 4 other customers got their food before me and they had pretty much the same order as I did.One customer asked for more sauce and was told that it would be additional cost which she said she would pay. The lady then turned around and completely ignored the customer.The food was good. Unfortunately, wont be back because of the terrible service. I work one block away and was hoping to find a new spot for lunch. I'll keep looking!
