This place is horrible. Smells like a dirty gym locker room when you go in. You stand at the counter and everyone behind ignores you and refuses to make eye contact. Then you order at the kiosk which is out of paper and doesn’t give a receipt. Then sit there for 20 minutes waiting for them to make your food. First time and last time here. This place needs to do better, but judging by the other reviews nothing will change.

Whoever is in charge needs to give Dulce a raise and a promotion!! This beautiful soul was handling every station right now and doing it with a smile!! This is exactly who you want representing your company. Thank you again for everything Dulce!!

Love waba grill and all the food there its so delicious, but the past couple of times there is a women there and she doesnt havw the best attitude or acts like shes the boss which I know shes not..Today I walked in and placed an order online and no one was at the front, I did see my order at the counter but I didnt want to just grab it and have them think I was stealing it, about a minute goes by and someone comes from the back and I saod I was here to pick up an order and I said my name and all did was just point at the bag, be little more considerate and make sure it was my order or ask if I needed any sauce or utensils, oh and the order was incorrect as well.

Best waba location by far!! Tony is great and greets in such an uplifting mood. Food here is great, proportions are really good. Service is fast which is the best part. In and out in less than 5 minutes
I came today and I get the beef and vegetables bowl and it was the worse bowl ever , they just gave me rise and cabbage bowl they don’t put any meat on it or other vegetables, first and last time I eat here.

Your guys bathroom has been out of service for too long. Displays lack of care and unwillingness to allow customers to naturaly relieve themselves why they wait 10 min for theyre order. Its gotten rediculous at this point.

No atmosphere whatsoever. Food is frozen cafeteria type reheated items. Don’t let them trick you with the “rib-eye steak”.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter was able to eat the rice but it’s too easy not to mess up rice. It should have been the only edible item. All meat should be served fresh at this price.
