I just left the location right now at 6:00 p.m. October 21st and the chicken taste so old I can't even eat it all it's like this whole block just disregards food quality I don't get it.

Fresh, crisp, leaf lettuce was a BIG part of what set Wendy's for us. Not liking the recent shift to shredded iceberg lettuce at all. It is wilted, watery, on the verge of browning and unappetizing.

Got my very basic order wrong and the lady at the window just kinda shoved the bag at me and didn’t even make eye contact or acknowledge. I get this is fast food but if you are that miserable then quit and let somebody with better customer service take over.

Very poor customer service experience here over the weekend. Manager had a major attitude, and they got my order wrong twice. I won't be returning to Wendy's as a whole and will be filing a complaint with the company.
Stood in line some other people walked up and explained what they were wanting for food and and the cashier completely ignored me as i stood in front her. i was told to “wait” because i didn’t say anything for 3 seconds. Honestly super wild and wasn’t expecting to be ignored like that point blank and disregarded. you can see it on camera occurring on the same day of this review around 520pm. all i wanted was 2 large drinks which is the sad part
