Fresh, crisp, leaf lettuce was a BIG part of what set Wendy's for us. Not liking the recent shift to shredded iceberg lettuce at all. It is wilted, watery, on the verge of browning and unappetizing.

Good taste, but prices are becoming outrageous. Employees are usually nice, although sometimes seem unsure of things. I don't mind if they take a little extra time to clarify th8ngs with me or as a supervisor about something...that's a part of learning. It bothers me when they ask specifically how much of something I'd like and then don't accommodate. Then DON'T ASK?
Overall, I'd still rate pretty high for fast food.

Flavor was spot on. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Wendy's is one of my favorite places to go. Thank you for making it another great experience.

Parking: Plenty of parking options as well as handicap parking.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu choices.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible both inside and out.
