I've eaten here for decades, i love the 50s 60s music, the staff is very considerate, & the food is affordable...I love my free frosty keychain!

Ordered a 10 pc and 6 pc nugget. Long day, exhausted. Got home and found an 8pc and a 5 pc. Really? Sounds like a minor thing, but PEOPLE, things are expensive enough. AND, the quality sucked. The nuggets I did get had been sitting around a while for sure. Ok, it’s 7 p.m. but shouldn’t quality hold up no matter what time of day? When nuggets are freshly made they are excellent, but it’s a hit or miss event. Getting discouraged with Wendy. She needs to ‘get with the program’. Please

Ordered a double but got a single, drive thru. Had to go back and asked them to redo the order. Seemed like it was a burden. Being nice to paying customers should be included without asking. Hope Wendy's management will pay attention to this and change back to good old days when the founder Dave was around.

This was my first time coming to this place, even though I’ve lived around the area for so long. Dining in was really lonely. When I placed my order and received it, the food did not look very good. I asked for a small fountain drink, but they forgot to give it to me when I received my food, so I had to ask the employee for the first time. They also didn’t have any napkins placed anywhere near the ketchup dispenser. I had to ask for napkins, so I asked a second time.
When I was ordering, I clearly asked for a small Thin Mint Frosty and even pointed at their sign advertising the new item. Instead, I was charged for and given a small chocolate Frosty. I was tired of going back and forth about the mistakes, so I just kept the Frosty anyway. I had to check the receipt after getting our food, instead of being handed it right after paying. They charged me for a medium fountain drink instead of the small one I asked for, plus the wrong Frosty. Our total was about $30 for a not-so-good experience. This will be my last time coming here. I also couldn’t understand the employee who was serving us. She tried to offer if we wanted a cookie, but I only heard her say the price of it and was confused about what she meant, so I asked her to clarify. She meant if I wanted to buy a cookie, and I said no. Overall not a good experience.

Drive thru was fast and I assumed my order was wrong since it was handed to me right away but no everything was fresh hot and order was correct window employees were friendly and attentive 5star

The food has been pretty good, but could be better. Fries aren't always hot. The kid in the photo loved his fries, but mine were "warmish" and double-salted. I think most would agree that it's a red flag when food temperature doesn't meet the standard.
Last time I was there, one gentleman was working very, very hard as they seemed short-handed. He was running around, doing his best, but I do NOT appreciate seeing someone handle money then run over to a food station to handle food in any way. I didn't see enough to know if there was a true concern, but Wendy's needs to make sure they have enough workers to safely and properly run the business, even at night when it's drive-thru only. Trust needs to be maintained at ALL times.
Having said that, I'm still a fan of a Wendy's. Don't lose me!
