I am DoorDash driver , whenever I have to go picking up my order they never give to dasher customer service specially two girls one of them she was taller and she have a glasses and one of them is she was very little height these both girls never ever give customer service to DoorDash drivers

I normally go order from this Wingstop twice a week. I order April 30th my normal order a 3pc tender combo and a brownie well I didn’t get my brownie and was too lazy to call about it, I ordered the same thing again yesterday 5/1/25 and didn’t get my brownie and spoke to a girl named Emily who said I can pick up two brownies so I went up there to get them and one of the workers named “ Timmy Cruz” I don’t believe that was her real name. She was so rude about the thing and was making it difficult when I told her I spoke Emilly who said she was a manager. she laughed and said Emily is not the manager she just works here. I got my brownies but she definitely needs to be fired

Chicken wings came plain as can be all they did was fry the wing I ordered the hot honey and got plain chicken wings also keep in mind I waited over 20 minutes from the expected time I was given horrible service and experience
