i usually shop here for my business, but the older lady KIM has gives really bad customer service i honestly don’t understand why she is still working in the office answering phone calls and pretending to take care of customers she is very inefficient, very inpatient, and discriminatory towards a coworker of hers who happens to be the only one that speaks perfect english and spanish, and only pretends to work when the owner is around otherwise she ignores customers and just walks around the warehouse. i hope the owner gives this matter more attention cause this lady does not take care of her business like everyone else does in that warehouse.
