Very bad place to pickup load long waiting time on street , Driver can make 10 hour sleep there easily, they don’t have parking also if you go back to back to check in window they will tell you 6 trucks infront of you so plz don’t go there I have very bad experience on this shipper
4 stars because it’s much better than most other shippers/receivers in the area. Overnight parking on the street, bathrooms (need key from office), and they’re courteous. Decent wait times, though.
Do not pre-cool trailer. Has to be shut off for loading, so don’t waste the fuel.
Coming from the East: I-710S to Atlantic Blvd, right on District Blvd, and left on 50th St. After backing in off of Gifford, go back out the same way you came in.

Street parking is available at night. It gets iffy when people start parking for work if you're coming in after 0600. Watch for street sweeping times. Check in was easy (in the front on Gifford). The staff I interacted with were nice and friendly. Docks are also in front on Gifford Ave.
Why even leave a review it is apparent that they don't care about the reviews anyway
Park on the street and walk to the shipping and receiving office up the ramp on Guilford. You can check in early but they won't necessarily get to you until your appointment time. One side of the street is no parking from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Wednesdays and it's the same on the other side of the streets on Thursdays. Street sweeping on those days. Get here early because these streets fill up fast with trucks and people Park in their cars for employees in the warehouses
Not a good place to load. Street parking ok. People are friendly. Be careful loading here. They want you to count case but the forklifts don’t care about you on the dock and try to run you down. Also if you don’t speak Spanish you can’t communicate with the forklifts. Be cautious.

You will never be loaded on time. They take care of the trucks that missed their appointments the day before first. Then they work in the people that showed up on time. Absolutely not how business should be done. There is very little street parking within walking distance. I checked in at 0530 for a 0600 appointment and I've been skipped in line by atleast six trucks by 1030. Finally getting into a door at 11:30 a.m. Do not waste your time coming here if you can help it. Everytime I come here it's the same situation. STAY AWAY!!!

If your picking up a load from here as a driver, park on 52nd st and get ready to wait about 8 hours, been here over 4 hours and still not into a dock

Pick up a load the workers really friendly but to park the truck is not enough room go early is not you will be there forever
I was worried about the no 45 no 90 back just jack knife method... so I nosed in did a 360 back blocked a train and didn't hit a hydrant lol.... slowly guide the end of the trailer to the door start near the curb and go over the tracks if you have to pull up it's not wrong plenty of space.
