For starters the employees look miserable then the dude working tells me hang, makes my chipotle chicken bacon sandwich with no lettuce or tomato literally it's on the board above you. The only employee that was happy was the Mexican dude with a beard. The quality of service has gone down drastically

Was really looking forward to having my sandwich, but there were way too many "we're out of..." First, no Rosemary bread. Then, no hot mustard. Thirdly, no green peppers? Guess it was a good I didn't want a cheesestake.

Feel sorry for the Owner!! The place was empty at 4:00pm the two employees didn't say hi, completely ignored my wife an me. We were starving and simply walked out and went next door to a place where they greeted us as soon as we stepped into their place. Customer service needs to improve, wish you luck but get better employees that care about what they do. I will fill out the bottom but we didnt eat there - Good luck

I came to this jersey mikes since it’s the closest to home which is a 15 minute drive. Tell me why I drive out there and arrive at 5:00pm only for them to tell me they cant make me a sandwich because they already turned off the grill. Why would they turn off the grill a whole hour before closing time????? That’s ridiculous. Corporate is going to hear from me to. Whoever the manager is should be disciplined.

Placed an order for delivery from this location, my order was canceled and when I tried calling they never answered. I've been trying to get in contact with the store for half an hour to discuss refunding me the money spent on the order, to no response.
Great service and there sandwiches are Awesome .the only thing they don't have are some type of Soup but beside the point there sub are good and tasty ?

This store is hit or miss. Last time the sandwich was great. The service was great. Today not so much. The restaurant was dirty and the ladies who were working there clearly didn't care about their jobs or making food for someone else. For a$14 sandwich I expect a good sandwich not a slopy lopsided sandwich. Honestly, I wouldn't let those two ladies anywhere near my food. On the contrary, the smaller lady and the guy were working diligently.
