I’ve always came to this location, due to it being within my area. Now from time to time my sub bread would be wrong, or sometimes the bacon would be burnt, little things that I could look past because overall we do love our Jersey mikes. This last week was the straw with this location. I’ve ordered the mikes hot Italian and was so disappointed.. this sub was so dry, who ever made the sub didn’t add mayo, lettuce, tomato, chipotle sauce, hot relish. This was the most saddest sub I’ve ever seen. When I called it in the manager(young lady) did not seemed bothered over it and was more worried about rushing me off the phone. I was told to call corporate for a refund.

Worst experience happened to show up at 5:20 pm and they say they aint cooking hot meals since they close at 6:00 this has happens to me 4 times im so disappointed by location itself just like rn today (December 21st 2025) please get workers who work till closing hrs!!

We are leaving this place because they don't have bread. It's 6:56 p.m. plus the young lady said she couldn't serve any cold sandwiches. This is the closest location for me, and the other times that we have been here they always are out of something. I give it one star because I can't give it a zero

The extra items were not fresh (lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo). The pickles were good. I ordered a 6 inch Turkey sandwich it tasted real good, but unfortunately it made me very, very sick 🤢 in the worse way! I've tried Jersey Mike's sandwiches at company luncheons and they were good, but this was my first time walking in placing an order. I'll try another location not this one @ City of Vernon ever again!

I had a turkey sandwich and a stubborn soda drink. At the END of my meal I went to refill my drink, took the top off and saw black particles all in my drink which means I ingested it. The employee was laughing as I was as going off and they offered me a free meal coupon but I don’t want to eat a DAMN thing from there ever again

For starters the employees look miserable then the dude working tells me hang, makes my chipotle chicken bacon sandwich with no lettuce or tomato literally it's on the board above you. The only employee that was happy was the Mexican dude with a beard. The quality of service has gone down drastically

Was really looking forward to having my sandwich, but there were way too many "we're out of..." First, no Rosemary bread. Then, no hot mustard. Thirdly, no green peppers? Guess it was a good I didn't want a cheesestake.

Feel sorry for the Owner!! The place was empty at 4:00pm the two employees didn't say hi, completely ignored my wife an me. We were starving and simply walked out and went next door to a place where they greeted us as soon as we stepped into their place. Customer service needs to improve, wish you luck but get better employees that care about what they do. I will fill out the bottom but we didnt eat there - Good luck
