Feel sorry for the Owner!! The place was empty at 4:00pm the two employees didn't say hi, completely ignored my wife an me. We were starving and simply walked out and went next door to a place where they greeted us as soon as we stepped into their place. Customer service needs to improve, wish you luck but get better employees that care about what they do. I came to this jersey mikes since it’s the closest to home which is a 15 minute drive. Tell me why I drive out there and arrive at 5:00pm only for them to tell me they cant make me a sandwich because they already turned off the grill. Why would they turn off the grill a whole hour before closing time????? That’s ridiculous. Corporate is going to hear from me to. Whoever the manager is should be disciplined.

Love Jersey Mikes, I go here all the time. They got a few new people in that are not as friendly but still a pretty solid place.
This store is hit or miss. Last time the sandwich was great. The service was great. Today not so much. The restaurant was dirty and the ladies who were working there clearly didn't care about their jobs or making food for someone else. For a$14 sandwich I expect a good sandwich not a slopy lopsided sandwich. Honestly, I wouldn't let those two ladies anywhere near my food. On the contrary, the smaller lady and the guy were working diligently.

I have ordered multiple times on app delivery and for some reason this store cannot get a double meat order correct, tried calling the store many time to complain but the call always goes to voicemail so there is no way to get a manager to get this corrected. I have even called the corporate helpline and was told to contact the store directly and as usual the phone goes to voicemail and never get a return phone call. If you want to be upset about your order not being correct this is your store.
