I almost don’t want to promote this place because it’s so good that I want to keep it to myself. That being said, Chef Francisco deserves all the praise he’s already received and more.The food here is one of the best example of fresh seafood you’ll find anywhere in California, let alone LA. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared, with nice additions and twists to make it interesting.The shrimp aguachile is something I would gladly eat every day, but the fresa ceviche is a dish I will randomly think about. Order both and enjoy, but try to keep it somewhat of a secret, ok? ?

The tacos dorados de camarón are amazing. Eat them right away for a perfect crunch, must have the salsa and avocado on top. I also had a taco de pescado. The batter was nice and crispy, it was a nice size, they gave me 1 tortilla which I prefer because 2 is too much. Service was fast after ordering. I like the location of the truck because it's in a good size parking lot and can eat in your car. I definitely recommend this spot.

Highly recommend. Spanish: Siempre rápido, caliente, fresco y correcto. El estilo de marisco es San Juan de Los Lagos. Comenzaron en un camión de comida y ahora abrieron un restaurante completo en Huntington Park en la Florence junto a la Pacific Blvd. Muy recomendable.
