I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's location (3737 Soto St, Vernon, CA) on June 25, 2025. I came in to pick up an Uber Eats order and also placed a personal order because I was very hungry.

Instead of treating me with basic courtesy, the staff rushed me repeatedly, showing visible impatience as I tried to get my own food. The most unacceptable part was when the manager used the store’s internal tablet to give me what I believe was a negative rating — without any explanation or justification.

I felt disrespected, singled out, and mistreated. This was unprofessional and left a very negative impression. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to McDonald’s corporate, and I hope this location takes customer service more seriously going forward.
