Every single time I come into salad farm I'll be next and this lady specifically will ALWAYS skip me and purposely grab the person behind me. I don't know what her issue is but it's extremely annoying and makes me late for work. I've never encountered this lady for her to be doing something so unprofessional. And let's not forget to add the fact that she'll take her sweet time and flirt with male guest.

This place use to be the spot during my work lunch (pre-covid days). I went back recently and the food quality declined. Went back another time to give a second chance and nope…it just didn’t hit like it used to too. Sad. Their food was delicious back then…

My strong craving for salad today was demolished when I found a hair in my salad today although it was my fault for proceeding to buy the salad once I walked in and saw that none of the staff was wearing hairnets or any sort of protective wear.

Salad Farm in Vernon was my favorite place before this new owner.I ordered my chicken Cesar salad and the taste is dirrent from before.it was salty, they give a slice of bread instead of pita bread the chicken is grill and before it was shredded..I miss the old salad, plus a bit more expensive..

Is really good and sorry to say but is better than California kitchen café don’t get me wrong I also like that restaurant but rhe chicken is a lot better here at salad farm.

The staff are sooooo friendly and so attentive. Great selection of options to create your salad any which way you want. In house dressings made on sight and food prepared fresh daily and you can taste it.

I went and was forward to it I got there one woman in line in front of me her and the woman behind counter talked for over 10 Minutes then it took another 10 for her to make the salad. I walked out went next door got my order before the first women even walked out. This has got to be the worst Customer Service I have experienced in Years.it's a bummer cuz I love salads but I refuse to be treated that way So Goodbye I'll never come back

I had just placed an order for the location near my job in Sherman oaks, or so I thought. I immediately called to cancel and refund the order. When the guy answered the phone - he said because it was already made he could not give me a refund.Well if you didn't just answer and place me on hold maybe I could have told you before it was prepared. I just spent $15 on nothing. Definitely will not be returning
