I have contacted the W. LA 2 time about this problem. I ordered on 7/15 and realized i scheduled it for 7/16, i called the restaurant, the woman over the phone said she cancelled it, i reordered it online, the delivery was done. the next day i got a text from door dash saying a driver was on the way to the location to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and they said they had no order, the driver also confirmed the order was canceled via text message. I had been waiting for the refund to post to my account and 10days later there is still no refund, no response from Zankou. I called the restaurant again this morning and spoke with Jaime and he insisted i needed to call doordash, doordash has no number to call, when you click help, it says to contact the store. this is a lot of money and i need to know how i am going to get it refunded when i have been sent in circles? this is the only way of contacting the company, no phone number, no one responds to the contact us form, no confirmation emails on orders. We go to Zankou 2-3 time a month, from the west LA location. I've ordered catering for work multiple times and we have never had any problems before. thats what makes this so hard to write. we have finally heard word there is going to be a zankou in the south bay and are family is very excited.
I'm just really disappointed in the way this has been handled.

Thank you Zankou Chicken for the amazing food and service!!! I work nearby the Vernon location and had no idea the place was there because it’s industrial. However, the food was super delicious and healthy! The staff was amazing. The ladies and gents there were super friendly and attentative. Thank you for the service and delishhhh food!!! Loved it.

Some of the best chicken I have ever tasted. The garlic sauce is insane. Service is good and friendly.
I have ordered from this location more than 5 times and this has been the worst! My chicken kabob was thigh meat not breast, and it appeared to be undercooked! Also it was thrown on the rice! I asked for no onion and there were onions in my rice! This has never happened to me before! When I say I looove this chicken. I do, but this last experience hurt my feelings. I was like no care was placed in making my food!
